DJI has just released a new firmware update for the Phantom 2 line of quadcopters. The main reason for this rollout is to comply with new FAA rules which implemented a new no fly zone within a 15.5 mile radius of the White House in Washington, DC.
DJI also states that there have been changes to the compass calibration program to allow for improved reliability, and some changes to the fail safe automatic landing feature.
